I’m a seasoned engineering lead with experience of managing both onshore, offshore, and remote teams - with experience in both large enterprise and small startup scale, SaaS applications and traditional physical appliance deployment. I specialise in growing out teams from the first engineer through to scale out and beyond.

At SquaredUp, I'm leading the engineering team building out the first SaaS offering for the company, heading up cutting-edge cloud and serverless development across AWS and Azure, building a new product for global scale observability and monitoring.

I've spent decades working for both huge global technology firms all the way down to the smallest startups.

When I'm not busy trying to invent the next big thing, you might find me below the ocean, scuba diving with Newbury Scuba Diving Club.
